Local ceilidh band Aderyn Prin have started a monthly community ceilidh at the Railway Institute in Bangor. Dancing kicks off at 8.00pm and will be non-stop until about 11! There is usually a raffle and there are homemade cakes on sale also. Tickets are on sale at the door and are £7.00 or £5.00 for students and concessions. So come along and join in - we would love to see you!

Brandywine dance to the foot-tapping music of our Bluegrass band. Colourful in red and blue, it's an action packed performance leaving us and our audience elated and raring to go!

Chepstow Country Dance Club We meet every Wednesday from 7.30pm until 9.30pm in the Beaufort Hotel in St Mary Street in the centre of Chepstow.We teach dances ranging from historical British social dances to contemporary together with a good selection of Welsh dances and American contra and square dances in the mix.

North West Clog Dancers based in the Canton area of Cardiff. We dance in the Welsh colours - lots of green, red and yellow with garlands and wavers. Female side of dancers  we would welcome any new dancers or musicians.

Gwerinwyr Gwent Welsh Folk Dancers was formed in 1976 by eight people from the Gwent area who were interested in reviving the tradition of Welsh folk dancing. The name of the team can be translated as "folk-people of Gwent".

Huw Williams has been teaching clog dancing for 25 years and has worked closely with education authorities and dance groups throughout the UK.

He is a specialist in the art of Welsh clog/step dancing and has choreographed stage and television shows. He is also the only author on the subject.
